house rules

Check In/Out: In 4:00 pm / Out 10:00 am

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

NO OPEN OR "CONTROLLED" FIRES.

Trailer Parking. Please park all trailers along the boat ramp in designated area or at the house at top level along roadside.

Dock. Bumpers are not provided; please bring your own to protect your boat. Please untie any ropes or bumpers that you may bring yourself and remove all trash daily. NO WAKE in the cove. Please be courteous to other boats tied to neighboring docks, by idling in and out of the cove, jet skis included.

Trash Removal. All trash must be TIED in garbage bags and put in the trash bins under carport. Bagged garbage will be picked up every Wednesday morning and Saturday morning.

Kitchen. Please replace all kitchen items in the drawers and cabinets as you found them.

Gas Grill. Please clean after every use with furnished wire brush. Additional propane tanks will be stored in outside closet on lower level.

Locked Closets & Cabinets. These are for owners use only.
